What is Zone 2 cardio and is it right for you?
Despite sounding like something made up by your smartwatch, Zone 2 cardio actually just means a low-intensity workout which is primarily used to build or maintain cardiovascular endurance.

I’m often asked if coffee is good or bad for us….and the answer is yes. It depends on how much you drink, when and how often. It also depends on the person. Like with many things we enjoy, moderation is key with caffeine, too.

It’s important to make time for cardio
Your resting heart rate (RHR), heart rate variability (HRV) and VO2 max (the volume of oxygen your body uses while exercising as hard as you can) are much better predictors of your future health than how much you can lift.
