A little about me.
Hi, I’m Martin. As a health and wellbeing coach, I work with all sorts of people, including those with medical conditions such as hypertension and type II diabetes, to build sustainable, healthy habits and live longer, happier lives.

Beyond my qualifications, I’ve learned how to help other people lead healthier and happier lives through the lessons I learned living my own. From dealing with chronic stress and burnout during my corporate career, navigating a divorce and co-parenting my autistic son, to running over a dozen ultra-marathons, I know how hard life can get.
In 2019, aged 48 years old, I was easily four stone overweight and unable to run up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath, having neglected my health, fitness and mental health during a three-decade career in public affairs. Over the following few years, I lost 29kg by focusing on eating a healthier, whole food diet and taking more exercise. I also took up meditation, journalling and breathwork to help me better handle stress.
Simply put, I’ve been where you – and it’s that lived experience that sets me apart from many other fitness and wellbeing coaches you might have worked with.
