Whilst genetics still play a part in determining your lifespan and susceptibility to chronic diseases, your diet and lifestyle are now thought to have a much greater impact on how long you’ll live.
Small wins can help you achieve big goals
Habits equal success. Forget about the horizon itself. Focus on the one step you can take today, and the one you can take tomorrow. If you can do that, you’ll be amazed how far you can go. Just give it time.
Being patient can help with weight loss
Losing weight slowly and steadily, but maintaining that weight loss in the long term is better than losing weight and then regaining because you can’t maintain your eating and exercise habits.
